When shopping on Juicemate, you are covered by the distance selling regulations in the UK - this allows you the opportunity to change your mind about an order you made, for whatever reason, for up to 14 days after the order was made.

Outside of this, all hardware we sell is covered by a 3-month warranty, so should your item break down during this period we'll replace it free of charge.

Once unsealed, e-liquids can not be returned under any circumstances.

For orders where only part of the order is returned, a partial refund can be provided, or where the full order has been returned, a full refund can be provided. This will be applied to the same billing method used when placing the order with us, and can take up to 14 days.
